This course is designed to critically examine the role of human resources in modern organizations, covering key areas from recruitment processes to strategies for motivating employees, and systems for talent development and retention. Prepare to become a human resource leader in an increasingly diverse and global workplace with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Learn how to create a strategic staffing vision, shape corporate culture, and drive organizational change. This one-year accelerated program offers a curriculum developed and delivered by industry executives, with preparation for human resource professional certification exams.

Learning Outcomes

Admission Requirements
General Entry
- A related Bachelor’s degree OR
- A related Graduate Diploma at Level 8
Alternative Entry
- 25 years old, completion of a related Level 5 qualification, and 7 years of relevant experience (of which 3.5 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 5 qualification), and completion of a Pre-Master’s Program. OR
- 25 years old, completion of a related Level 6 qualification, and 6 years of relevant experience (of which 3 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 6 qualification), and completion of a Pre-Master’s Program
