Overview
The Bachelor of Project Management program offers a comprehensive education in successful project leadership, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage complex projects across various industries. Students will gain a solid foundation in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, learning to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively. Through a combination of theoretical coursework and practical experience, the program covers areas such as project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. Graduates will be prepared for roles as project managers, program coordinators, or project analysts, taking charge of projects from start to finish while ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets. Emphasizing strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, this program nurtures professionals who can lead teams, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of organizations through their expertise in project management.

Learning Outcomes
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Project Management and identify the key elements of the project management environment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including the estimation of project time, costs, and resource scheduling.
- Apply project management concepts, techniques, and frameworks to develop a Project Charter.
- Identify effective strategies for managing project quality.
Admission Requirements
General Entry
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education OR
- Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a related field OR
- Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program.
Alternative Entry
- Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR
- 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
