Overview
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management (BHRM) is a three-year program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in HRM principles and practices. The program consists of 27 modules, with 9 modules per year. It requires the completion of 360 credits, 3600 learning hours, and 1200 contact hours.
Students who complete the first year are eligible for a Diploma in HRM, while those who complete the first two years can exit with an Associate Degree in HRM. Upon successful completion of the full three-year program, graduates will be awarded the Bachelor of Human Resource Management degree.
We align this programme qualification’s to the level descriptors of the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF).

Admission Requirements
General Entry
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education OR
- Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a related field OR
- Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program.
Alternative Entry
- Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of a University Preparation Program OR
- 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of a University Preparation Program
