Overview

The Shari’a and Law course is designed to offer students foundational knowledge of both Islamic and international law. It prepares students for deeper studies in various legal areas, including Islamic and international criminal law, legislation, the law of evidence in Islam, and their international dimensions, among other related topics.

We align this programme qualification’s to the level descriptors of the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF).
